“Leonardo da Vinci in Milan”
WJ Network promotes “Leonardo da Vinci in Milan”, a virtual exhibition realized by the Association Le Mappe dei Tesori d’Italia.
During the EXPO Milan 2015, the evocative space of the Diocesan Museum of Milan will offer the exclusive chance to enjoy Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece “The Last Supper” even to those who won’t have the privilege of visiting Santa Maria delle Grazie.
The exhibition is a virtual journey to discover Leonardo da Vinci’s pictorial genius with a focus on the works realized in Milan; above all “The Last Supper”, presented in virtual full-size and accompanied by “Leonardo’s Last Supper”, a documentary especially made for the event and by a sequence of panels highlighting the details of the painting.
The link between Milan, EXPO 2015 and the promotion of Italian cultural heritage is the key element of the event. In the Diocesan Museum the visitors will find the “Caffetteria”, a space where they will have the possibility to taste a special menu inspired by the XVI century cuisine and to enjoy music performances related to the exhibition and organized in collaboration with the Accademia della Scala.
In 2015-2016 years the virtual exhibition “Leonardo da Vinci in Milan” is stopping off in other cities of Italy and Asia.
